Job Responsibilities

- Develop and edit CNC/VMC programs based on engineering drawings.

- Set and operate VMC machines for production.

- Understand 2D drawings, GD&T;, tolerances and machining processes.

- Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, speeds and feeds.

- Perform tool setting, work offset and machine setting.

- Handle Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi CNC controls.

- Check first-piece dimensions using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.

- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.

- Optimize programs to improve cycle time, tool life and component quality.

- Maintain production and quality requirements.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.

- 2–5 years of experience in VMC programming and setting.

- Positive knowledge of CNC/VMC machining and tooling.

- Ability to read engineering drawings.

- Knowledge of G-code and M-code.

- Experience with Fanuc control preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
