A strategic and financial advisory firm with an investment banking practice is hiring a VP / SVP to drive origination and execution across Industrial, Consumer, Sustainability & ESG, BFSI and Healthcare & Pharma sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of M&A;, equity / debt raises and structured finance transactions
- Drive transaction structuring, valuation, financial modelling and due diligence
- Build relationships with promoters, CXOs, PE / VC funds, lenders and strategic investors
- Originate new mandates; lead pitches, proposals and investor presentations
- Provide strategic advice on growth, capital structure and portfolio optimisation
- Mentor junior team members and manage deal teams
Must have: a solid track record in M&A; and capital raising, with sector exposure to Industrial, Consumer, BFSI, Sustainability or Healthcare / Pharma.
