- Owned operational P&L; with responsibility for revenue growth, contribution margins, cost optimization, and overall business performance.

- Built and managed scalable fleet networks by onboarding, developing, and retaining fleet owners, transporters, OEMs, and logistics partners.

- Managed relationships with large enterprise customers, OEMs, transport partners, fleet aggregators, and strategic business partners.

- Optimized vehicle utilization, turnaround time, load factor, route planning, empty-run reduction, and fleet productivity through data-driven decision making.

- Implemented technology-enabled fleet management using GPS, telematics, mobility platforms, dashboards, and real-time operational analytics.

- Established performance KPIs for fleet utilization, vehicle availability, on-time delivery, turnaround time, fuel efficiency, maintenance cost, and customer satisfaction.

- Led digital transformation initiatives to improve vehicle tracking, trip allocation, dispatch planning, driver engagement, payment processes, and operational visibility.

- Developed strategic pricing and commercial models for transportation services, balancing customer requirements, market conditions, fleet partner economics, and company profitability.

- Drove cost reduction initiatives across fuel, maintenance, tolls, manpower, vehicle downtime, vendor charges, and other operating expenses.

- Built strong fleet-partner ecosystems through transparent commercial models, timely payments, incentive programs,



and performance-based engagement.

- Led fleet expansion and asset-light/asset-heavy business models based on market demand and business requirements.

- Managed preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve vehicle uptime, reliability, and lifecycle economics.

- Established safety and compliance frameworks covering driver safety, vehicle fitness, insurance, permits, statutory documentation, and regulatory requirements.

- Developed and implemented driver productivity, training, retention, incentive, and safety programs.

- Led cross-functional teams across operations, fleet, technology, finance, sales, customer service, procurement, HR, and maintenance.

- Managed regional and multi-location operations with responsibility for operational excellence and consistent service delivery.

- Identified current business opportunities and developed strategic partnerships to expand fleet capacity, customer base, and geographical coverage.

- Negotiated strategic contracts with OEMs, fuel providers, maintenance partners, insurance companies, fleet owners, and logistics service providers.

- Established MIS and executive dashboards for real-time monitoring of revenue, fleet productivity, utilization, profitability, customer SLA, and operational KPIs.

- Led continuous improvement and transformation initiatives to improve scalability, customer experience, operational efficiency, and profitability.

- Developed annual operating plans, budgets, manpower plans, fleet investment strategies, and long-term growth plans.

Pay: ₹873,010.59 - ₹2,181,225.23 per year
