Tanishq is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Cashier to manage billing transactions, handle cash and digital payments, and ensure a seamless checkout experience for customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong numerical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in retail billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer billing and checkout processes accurately.
- Process cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and other digital payment transactions.
- Ensure proper issuance of invoices, receipts, and related documents.
- Maintain daily cash balance and reconcile cash collections at the end of the shift.
- Verify and record sales transactions in the billing system.
- Support customers with billing queries and payment-related concerns.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth transaction processing.
- Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of cash and transaction records.




- Assist in store opening and closing activities as required.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1-4 years of experience as a Cashier in Retail, Jewellery, Apparel, Electronics, or FMCG stores.
- Familiarity with POS systems and billing software.
- Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and billing applications).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
