- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies.
- Follow up on unpaid, denied, or pending claims.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and perks.
- Update call details and insurance information accurately.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and confidentiality standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers from the 2025 and 2026 graduating batches only are eligible to apply.
- Good English communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interest in AR Calling, Insurance Verification, Eligibility Verification, Medical Billing, or US Healthcare.
- Willingness to work in permanent night shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
