Role: VP / Assistant Director - Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities

● Lead SEO strategy, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword strategy, content optimization, and performance tracking.

● Drive GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to improve brand visibility across AI-powered and answer-based search platforms.

● Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.

● Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across relevant platforms.

● Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversions, and customer acquisition.

● Define KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.





● Manage and mentor digital marketing teams while ensuring effective execution of campaigns and strategies.

● Excellent communication skills and end to end client handling.

Required Skills & Expertise

● Extensive knowledge and practical experience in: SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), Paid Ads / Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing.

● Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, conversion optimization, and campaign performance metrics.

● Experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
