Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Voice Process role based in Bengaluru, with a salary up to 28k.

The Voice

Process professional will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide clear and accurate information.

Responsibilities include resolving issues, documenting interactions, and following established processes and scripts where required. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, escalating complex cases,



and ensuring service levels and quality standards are met. The position requires adherence to schedules, maintaining professionalism on calls, and contributing to continuous improvement in customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and a focus on Business Process Improvement.
- Candidates should possess the ability to deliver Training and support process adherence.
- Candidates should have good listening skills, patience, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in shifts if required and managing call volume efficiently.
- Prior experience in a voice process, contact center, or customer support role is an advantage.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education is beneficial.
