Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads from digital campaigns & other sources
- Understand customer needs and pitch suitable property options
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain interaction records on CRM
- Follow up with prospects to drive conversions

Requirements

- 0–1 years in telecalling / voice process / BPO / inside sales (any industry)
- Fluent in English, Hindi & local languages (Kannada preferred)
- Solid communication & persuasion skills
- Willing to work weekends (weekday off)
