Role Description The Voice Process Executive role at HR TEAM is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer queries, and provide accurate information and support in a professional manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting interactions, resolving issues or escalating them when necessary, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Voice Process

Executive will adhere to call scripts and process guidelines, meet performance and quality targets, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient service delivery.



This role offers a salary up to 28k, depending on skills and experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy and professionalism during calls.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to explain information in a concise and confident manner.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to manage expectations, handle complaints, and ensure a positive service experience.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills, with the ability to understand customer issues, identify patterns, and follow logical steps to resolve or escalate problems.
- Relevant qualifications such as a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree are preferred, along with prior experience in a voice process or contact center workplace.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required, basic computer proficiency, and a strong commitment to punctuality and reliability will be beneficial.
