Role Description

This is a full-time in office position based in Hyderabad for a VMC Operator cum Setter. The role involves operating and setting Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs), reading and interpreting engineering drawings, preparing tools for machining operations, and conducting regular maintenance checks. The role also includes ensuring adherence to quality standards, troubleshooting equipment issues,



and optimizing the machining process for efficiency and precision.

Qualifications

- Adequate expertise in VMC Operation and Setting, with hands-on experience in precision machining.
- Skills in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical blueprints.
- Competence in machine tool setup, including selection and calibration of machining tools.
- Understanding of quality assurance practices and ability to inspect and measure manufactured components accurately.
- Knowledge of CNC programming and G-code interpretation is advantageous.
- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting issues in machinery and processing.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work within production deadlines.
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related technical field is required.
- Previous experience in precision machining and fabrication will be a strong advantage.
