? Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

? Company: Ortho Max Mfg Co. Pvt. Ltd.

? Experience: 6–8 Months (Preferred) | 1–3 Years also accepted

? Qualification: Any Graduate / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor VMC machines as per production requirements.

- Set machine tools, adjust offsets, and maintain cutting parameters.
- Inspect machined components using Vernier, Micrometer, and Gauges.
- Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication.
- Report tool wear, machine issues, and production deviations.
- Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate production records and daily reports.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of VMC/CNC machine operations.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (8 hours regular + 4 hours overtime as per company policy).
- Prior VMC/CNC machine operating experience will be an added advantage.
