Role Description The Visual Effects Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, organization, and execution of VFX work across film, television, and advertising projects. This contract role manages production schedules, tracks shot progress, and facilitates communication between VFX supervisors, artists, and production teams.

The coordinator assists with documentation, asset management, and delivery pipelines to ensure that post-production workflows run smoothly and deadlines are met. This is a hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a combination of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility,



depending on project needs and production timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with creative and technical teams.
- Candidates should possess Post-Production and Video Post-Production skills, including familiarity with VFX workflows, editing processes, and common post-production tools.
- Candidates should possess Film Production and Production Management skills, such as scheduling, task tracking, and coordinating resources across multiple projects.
- Relevant skills such as basic understanding of VFX pipelines, shot tracking software (e.g., ShotGrid or similar), and file management practices are beneficial.
- Prior experience in a VFX, animation, or film/TV production workplace, preferably in a coordination or production assistant role, is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Mumbai and collaborating with international teams across time zones.
