Job Description – ERP Implementation Executive – Digital Evaluation

Job Summary

n

We are looking for an ERP Implementation professional with 2–4 years of experience to support the implementation and deployment of our Digital Evaluation module for universities and educational institutions.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Handle end-to-end implementation of the Digital Evaluation/Online Valuation module.

n

Understand client requirements and configure the ERP accordingly.

n

Coordinate with university Examination/Controller of Examination teams.

n

Manage processes such as answer-sheet scanning, evaluator allocation, digital valuation, moderation, revaluation and marks processing.

n

Conduct requirement gathering, UAT and functional testing.

n

Coordinate with Product, Development, QA and Support teams for issue resolution.

n





Conduct client training and prepare user manuals/SOPs.

n

Monitor implementation timelines and ensure timely project completion.

n

Provide functional support during and after go-live.

n

Prepare implementation reports and maintain project documentation.

n

Travel to client locations when required.

n

Required Skills

n

2–4 years of experience in ERP Implementation / EdTech / University ERP / Examination Management.

n

Knowledge of Digital Evaluation/Digital Valuation will be preferred.

n

Understanding of university examination and evaluation processes.

n

Good communication and client-handling skills.

n

Experience in requirement gathering, UAT and functional testing.

n

Basic knowledge of SQL/database concepts is an advantage.

n

Robust coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
