Company: The Nivaas Hospitality Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Position: Sales Executive Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (excluding internships) Salary: ₹2 – ₹3 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives About The Nivaas The Nivaas is a growing hospitality brand offering premium villas, farmhouses, and private event venues for leisure stays, family gatherings, celebrations, weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions. We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive who can drive bookings and revenue across our villa, farmhouse, and wedding/event business. Key Responsibilities * Generate and convert leads for villa and farmhouse bookings. * Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels. * Understand customer requirements, budget, guest count, dates, and event requirements. * Coordinate property visits/site visits and convert enquiries into bookings. * Sell wedding, pre-wedding, engagement, birthday, corporate and private event packages. * Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a proper sales pipeline. * Coordinate with the operations and property teams to ensure smooth booking handovers. * Build relationships with wedding planners, event planners, travel agents, corporates, and other potential referral partners. * Meet monthly sales and revenue targets. * Maintain regular reports of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions,



and pending leads. * Identify new opportunities to increase occupancy and event bookings. Candidate Requirements * Minimum 1 year of sales experience is compulsory. * Internship experience will not be counted as professional experience. * Hospitality, real estate, travel, events, wedding, hotel, or related sales experience will be preferred. * Robust communication and negotiation skills. * Good Hindi and English communication. * Comfortable handling customers over phone and WhatsApp. * Target-oriented and confident in closing sales. * Presentable, proactive, and willing to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. * Knowledge of Jaipur’s wedding and hospitality market will be an advantage.
