Position: Medical Superintendent

MGM Healthcare is expanding its presence in Chennai and is looking for an experienced Medical Superintendent to provide clinical leadership and oversee hospital operations at our new unit in Alwarpet.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide clinical leadership and oversee day-to-day medical operations
n
- Ensure high standards of patient care, clinical governance and patient safety
n
- Coordinate with consultants, clinical departments and hospital leadership
n
- Drive implementation of clinical protocols, policies and SOPs
n
- Monitor clinical quality indicators, audits and patient-care outcomes
n
- Ensure compliance with NABH and applicable regulatory standards
n
- Support accreditation,



quality improvement and risk-management initiatives
n
- Manage clinical incidents, grievances and medico-legal matters in coordination with relevant teams
n
- Strengthen coordination between clinical, nursing and support services
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- MBBS with relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
n
- Strong experience in hospital clinical administration
n
- Proven leadership experience in a multispecialty hospital
n
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality and patient safety
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- NABH experience preferred
n
