Overview:
As a Client Relations Associate specializing in Employer of Record (EOR) services, you will be the central point of contact for clients and employees. Your role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries across different jurisdictions.

Client Interaction:
•Act as the primary point of contact for clients utilizing Employer of Record services.
•Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing information on global employment regulations, payroll, and compliance matters.

Employee Support:
•Assist client employees with queries related to onboarding, payroll, benefits, and other EOR services.
•Ensure a positive and supportive experience for employees working in various international locations.

Compliance Management:
•Stay informed about global employment laws and regulations to guide clients on compliant hiring practices.
•Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to international labour standards.

Issue Resolution:




•Investigate and resolve client and employee issues related to EOR services promptly and effectively.
•Collaborate with relevant departments to address complex problems and provide comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in the context of Employer of Record services.
•Broad understanding of global employment laws and compliance requirements.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•Familiarity with HRIS and EOR software is a plus.
