We are looking for a motivated and confident Visa Sales Counselor to join our team. This is a fresher-friendly opportunity for candidates who are interested in sales, customer counseling, and the overseas/work-visa industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, understanding their requirements, explaining available work-visa services, following up with leads, and converting interested candidates into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand clients' requirements regarding overseas employment/work visas.
- Explain available work-visa processes, eligibility requirements, documentation, and service details accurately.
- Counsel clients and address their basic queries.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates.
- Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal documentation/processing team.
- Convert qualified leads into clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain professional communication and good client relationships.
Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate preferred; freshers can apply.
- Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making calls and following up with clients.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented workplace.
- Interest in sales, counseling, immigration, or overseas recruitment is an advantage.
