We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Visa Counselor to lead end-to-end client consultations and visa filing processes. In this high-trust role, you will be responsible for understanding client profiles, advising on suitable visa pathways, maintaining documentation accuracy, and driving high client conversion and satisfaction rates.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth, one-on-one consultations (in-person and via phone/video) to evaluate client profiles and assess eligibility for international visa categories.

Provide accurate advice regarding visa policies, required documentation, financial proofing, timelines, and application procedures for major international destinations.

Guide clients through the complete documentation workflow, ensuring error-free application form filing, document verification, and submission prep.

Maintain ongoing client relationships, address complex queries, and build long-term brand trust.

Manage lead conversion pipelines, follow up with prospective applicants, and meet monthly target benchmarks.

Keep up-to-date with changing global immigration policies, embassy updates, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Law, Humanities, or Communications preferred).

Experience:



2 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Visa Counselor, Immigration Advisor, or Documentation Expert.

Subject Knowledge: Deep understanding of tourist, visitor, and permanent residency (PR) visa processes for top destinations (e.g., UK, Canada, Schengen, Australia, USA).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English and Hindi. Fluency in Punjabi is a strong advantage.

Attributes: High attention to detail, professional presentation, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and solid client-handling capacity.

Schedule & Compensation

Work Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday

Base Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and proven track record)

Incentives: Uncapped performance bonuses per successful client signup/filing
