About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, confident, and presentable Visa Counsellor with excellent knowledge of visa processes for multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of proven experience in counseling students/clients for study, work, and immigration visas and should possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide students/clients through the entire visa application process for all major countries (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, etc.).
- Provide accurate information regarding visa requirements, eligibility criteria, documentation, and timelines.
- Assess clients’ profiles and suggest the most suitable country, course, or pathway.
- Handle end-to-end visa counseling, including application form filling, interview preparation, and document verification.
- Stay updated with the latest visa rules, policies, and immigration changes of multiple countries.
- Coordinate with universities, embassies, and immigration authorities when required.




- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a smooth, hassle-free process.
- Achieve individual and team targets set by the management.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience as a Visa/Immigration Counsellor.
- Comprehensive knowledge of visa procedures for multiple countries.
- Strong communication & presentation skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of other languages will be a plus).
- Good personality, professional grooming, and presentable appearance.
- Ability to handle client queries with confidence and provide customized solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
