The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, assessing their profiles, recommending suitable courses/institutions, and assisting them throughout the application process. Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students regarding Australia study visa opportunities, courses, universities, colleges, and intakes. Assess students' academic, financial, and English-language profiles .

Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable study options. Explain admission requirements, visa requirements, documentation, fees, and application procedures. Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins .

Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into applications. Coordinate with admission and documentation teams for timely processing of applications. Assist students in preparing and organizing required documents.





Guide students regarding SOP/Genuine Student requirements, financial documents, and visa documentation . Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, follow-ups, and conversions. Keep updated with changes in Australian education and visa requirements.

Maintain professional relationships with students and ensure a positive client experience. Meet assigned monthly counselling and client-conversion targets . RequirementsPrevious experience in visa counselling/overseas education consultancy preferred.

Good knowledge of Australian education and study visa processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong counselling and convincing abilities. Ability to handle multiple students and applications simultaneously.

Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi would be an advantage. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
