We are looking for a creative, proactive, and responsible Videographer & Social Media Content Executive to work closely with a Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) and manage day-to-day video content for social media and digital communication.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable accompanying the MLA to public meetings, constituency visits, political programmes, events, meetings, inaugurations, public interactions, and other engagements, capturing high-quality photographs and videos, and converting them into engaging social-media content.

Key Responsibilities

- Accompany the MLA during public programmes, constituency visits, meetings, events and other official engagements.
- Shoot high-quality videos, reels, photographs, interviews, speeches, public interactions and behind-the-scenes content.
- Capture content in a way that highlights important moments, public interactions and key messages.
- Edit short-form videos/reels for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other social-media platforms.
- Edit speeches, event highlights, interviews and other long-form video content when required.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, graphics, music and other relevant elements to videos.
- Prepare videos in different formats and aspect ratios as required by various social-media platforms.
- Coordinate with the social-media/content team to understand the day's content requirements and priorities.
- Assist in creating a daily/weekly content pipeline from the MLA's activities.
- Select the best photographs and video clips from events for immediate social-media use.
- Ensure timely editing and delivery of content, particularly for same-day or time-sensitive posts.
- Assist with uploading and publishing content on social-media platforms when required.




- Maintain and organise raw footage, edited videos, photographs and other digital assets.
- Keep track of current social-media trends, reel formats, editing styles and content ideas.
- Suggest creative ideas for improving the quality and engagement of the MLA's digital presence.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and discretion while working around the MLA and other public figures.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of videography and photography.
- Good command of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar tools.
- Ability to create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social-media videos.
- Knowledge of framing, lighting, composition, audio recording and camera handling.
- Understanding of social-media formats, trends and basic content strategy.
- Ability to work with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, microphones and other video equipment.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver content quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and visual creativity.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and travelling locally for events and programmes.

Experience 0–3 years of relevant experience in videography, photography, video editing, digital content creation or social-media content production.

Candidates with experience working with politicians, public figures, political organisations, media houses, PR agencies, digital agencies or social-media teams will be preferred.

Freshers with strong practical skills and a valuable portfolio may also apply.

Qualification A degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Film/Video Production, Digital Media, Photography or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills and portfolio will be given greater importance than formal qualifications.

Work Location

Ghaziabad The role requires regular on-ground presence and travel depending on the MLA's schedule.
