About the Role

IRAA Digital Marketing is looking for a talented and creative Videographer & Video Editor who can handle the complete video production process — from shooting and photography to professional editing and motion graphics.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of videography, photography, video editing, and visual storytelling, along with their own professional equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos for brands, social media, advertisements, campaigns, and client projects.
- Capture professional product, brand, event, and lifestyle photographs.
- Plan and execute video shoots based on creative requirements.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, promotional videos, advertisements, and social media content.
- Add transitions, effects, sound design, colour grading, subtitles, and other elements to videos.
- Create motion graphics, animated text, titles, and visual effects.
- Understand creative briefs and convert ideas into visually engaging content.
- Maintain consistency with each client's brand identity and visual style.
- Organise and manage video footage, photographs, project files, and editing assets.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing team to develop content ideas.
- Be able to independently handle shoots and complete projects within deadlines.

Requirements




- Strong skills in Videography, Photography, and Video Editing.
- Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, camera angles, framing, and storytelling.
- Strong editing skills with attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience with professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to create engaging and modern social media content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to understand trends and adapt to different brand requirements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Equipment Requirement The candidate should have their own camera and professional shooting equipment, including the necessary accessories required for video and photography. Candidates should also have their own laptop/system and editing tools/software required to complete projects.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is not just an editor, but can independently handle the entire content production process — Shoot → Edit → Motion Graphics → Final Output.

A strong portfolio of previous videography, photography, video editing, and motion graphics work is required.
