About the Role

Mores Techno Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and creative Videographer who has strong hands-on knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, gimbals, drones, and other video production equipment. The candidate will be responsible for shooting high-quality videos and visual content for real-estate projects, corporate requirements, social media, marketing campaigns, property walkthroughs, and promotional content.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling complete video shoots independently, from equipment setup and camera operation to capturing aerial footage and coordinating on-site production.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate professional cameras, DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, action cameras, and other video equipment.
- Handle and operate drones for aerial photography and videography as required.
- Plan and execute video shoots for real-estate projects, properties, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Handle different types of lenses and understand focal lengths, camera settings, exposure, frame rates, and composition.
- Set up and operate lighting equipment, microphones, tripods, gimbals, sliders, and other production equipment.
- Capture professional property walkthroughs, cinematic shots, aerial shots, reels, interviews, and promotional videos.
- Understand different shooting techniques, camera movements, angles, transitions, and storytelling.
- Coordinate with the creative, marketing, and sales teams to understand video requirements.
- Conduct outdoor and on-location shoots, including construction sites, properties, events, and client locations.
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, audio, and overall video quality during shoots.
- Manage and maintain cameras, lenses, drones, batteries, memory cards, lighting equipment, and other production assets.
- Transfer, organize, and maintain raw footage and project files properly.




- Work closely with video editors and provide the required footage and creative direction.
- Stay updated with the latest camera equipment, shooting techniques, drone technology, and video trends.
- Ensure all shoots are completed within the required timelines.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of professional cameras and camera equipment.
- Hands-on experience with drones and aerial videography.
- Good understanding of lenses, camera settings, ISO, shutter speed, aperture, white balance, frame rates, and exposure.
- Knowledge of gimbals, stabilizers, tripods, lighting equipment, and skilled audio equipment.
- Strong understanding of cinematography and visual storytelling.
- Ability to shoot both horizontal and vertical content for YouTube, Instagram, Reels, advertisements, and other platforms.
- Basic understanding of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Creative eye for composition, camera angles, lighting, and visual presentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and different locations for shoots.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional videography/cinematography experience.
- Experience in real-estate videography, property shoots, architecture, construction, corporate, or digital marketing content is preferred.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating camera and drone work.
- Relevant certification/license for drone operations, where applicable, is an advantage.
- Knowledge of professional cinema cameras and advanced filmmaking equipment will be an added advantage.
