Key Responsibilities

- Capture high-quality photographs of events, locations, infrastructure, people, activities, and departmental initiatives.
- Shoot professional video footage for social media, reels, promotional videos, interviews, and events.
- Edit raw footage into engaging videos, reels, short-form content, promotional videos, and event highlights.
- Create platform-specific visual content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Provide photo and video coverage for government programs, events, festivals, tourism activities, campaigns, and special occasions.
- Develop shot lists, storyboards, visual concepts, and production plans based on content briefs.
- Handle video trimming, transitions, colour correction, audio enhancement, subtitles, graphics, motion elements, and formatting.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, and other trend-based digital content.
- Operate and maintain cameras, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, stabilisers, and other production equipment.




- Support drone-based photography/videography where legally permitted and required.
- Coordinate with Social Media Managers, Content Writers, Graphic Designers, and department teams.
- Maintain organized repositories of raw footage, photographs, project files, edited videos, and final assets.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, audio, colour, branding, and overall visual quality.
- Manage multiple assignments and deliver content within agreed timelines.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in Photography, Videography, and Video Editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
- Robust knowledge of camera operations, lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.
- Experience in creating Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, interviews, and event coverage.
- Good understanding of social media video formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, and platform specifications.
- Strong visual storytelling and creative editing skills.
- Knowledge of colour grading, sound editing, subtitles, and motion graphics.
- Ability to work on-location and meet tight deadlines.
- Portfolio / previous work samples are required.
