nWe are looking for a creative and hands-on Video Producer to manage end-to-end video production for Asmita Group’s businesses, including real estate, FMCG/organic food, hospitality, education, healthcare, and corporate initiatives.

n

nKey Responsibilities

n

n
- Plan, produce, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, digital platforms, and corporate communication.
n
- Handle end-to-end video production from concept and scripting to shooting, editing, and final delivery.
n
- Develop creative video concepts for Instagram Reels, YouTube, promotional videos, events, interviews, and brand campaigns.
n
- Shoot videos at offices, project sites, properties, events, farms, stores, clubs, and other locations as required.
n
- Operate cameras, lighting, microphones, gimbals, and other video production equipment.
n
- Edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro & After effects
n
- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, walkthroughs, interviews, testimonials, event coverage, and promotional content.
n
- Add appropriate music, sound effects, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, and colour correction.
n
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Business, and Creative teams to understand content requirements.
n
- Maintain consistency in brand style, messaging, and visual quality across all videos.
n
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
n
- Stay updated with current video trends,



formats, transitions, and social media content styles.
n
- Maintain and organise video footage, project files, raw footage, and final assets.
n

nRequired Skills

n

n
- Strong video shooting and editing skills.
n
- Good understanding of camera composition, lighting, framing, audio, and storytelling.
n
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro & After Effects.
n
- Experience creating short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
n
- Valuable sense of visual aesthetics, pacing, music selection, and storytelling.
n
- Ability to independently manage shoots from planning to final output.
n
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
n
- Ability to work on-site and travel to different Asmita Group locations for shoots.
n

nPreferred

n

n
- 7+ years of experience in real estate, FMCG, hospitality, lifestyle, corporate, or social media content.
n
- Experience in shooting property/project walkthroughs.
n
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
n
- Photography skills will be an added advantage.
n
- Experience handling professional cameras, gimbals, drones, and lighting equipment will be preferred.

nQualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Film Making, Photography, Media Production, Visual Communication, or a related field.
n
- Relevant experience and a strong portfolio can be considered in place of formal qualifications.
