Vihara runs online auctions for bank-owned and retail real estate properties across the US, helping investors and first-time homebuyers find and win properties through a quick, transparent process. We're looking for a video editor who can turn property listings into scroll-stopping, story-driven videos.
What you'll do
- Edit short-form (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and long-form video for property and partner marketing
- Build story-driven ad videos from photos, logos, and copy using AI tools like Veo 3, Higgsfield, and AI-avatar generators
- Produce UGC-style, AI-avatar, and motion-graphics versions of the same concept for A/B testing
- Work directly off listing images, since we often have no raw footage
- Iterate fast based on Meta ad performance (hook rate, hold rate, CTR)
Must-haves
- Portfolio showing your real editing work.
- Comfortable with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe After Effects, plus at least one AI video tool
- Strong sense of direct-response pacing, not just polish
- Can build a full story and motion out of assets available.
Nice-to-have
- Real estate or property marketing experience
