Thought Kitli is looking for a creative Video Editor who can turn raw footage and ideas into engaging, high-quality video content for brands and social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media videos, brand films, promotional videos, and event content .
- Handle podcast and interview editing , including multi-camera edits, audio synchronisation, subtitles, graphics, and short-form clips.
- Create engaging videos using motion graphics, transitions, typography, sound design, and visual effects .
- Use AI-powered video and creative tools to develop creative reels, animations, visual effects, and social-first content.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos and social media assets.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, and Content Teams to bring creative briefs to life.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.





What We're Looking For
- Strong video editing and storytelling skills with a good understanding of pacing, composition, and sound .
- Experience in Reels, short-form content, podcasts, interviews, and digital videos .
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects .
- Knowledge of motion graphics, colour grading, and AI-based creative tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced creative agency environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant video work is required .
