Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Solar segment.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop current C&I; solar business opportunities.
Generate leads and build strong relationships with corporate and industrial clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and prepare commercial proposals.
Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project execution.
Achieve sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Develop market intelligence and track competitor activities.
Qualifications
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in C&I; Solar / Renewable Energy sales.
Strong knowledge of the C&I; solar market and customer segments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Technical/Engineering background preferred.
