Key Responsibilities
Lead ideation and conceptualization for Reels, short-form videos, ads, and long-form content
Own the complete video production workflow: ideation, scripting, shooting guidance, editing, and publishing
Create high-quality, engaging videos with solid storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound design
Edit and design using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (basic), and AI tools such as Runway, Descript, and Firefly
Optimize video content for social media platforms based on trends, audience behavior, and algorithms
Collaborate closely with marketing and performance teams to align creative output with business goals
Manage tight deadlines while consistently delivering premium-quality content
