Role Overview:

n

We're looking for an experienced Producer with a solid background in ad film production to join our growing team. This is not a role for OTT, long-form films, or corporate AVs. We're seeking someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of advertising production and has handled large-budget commercial shoots with confidence and flair.

You'll be part of a high-performing production ecosystem that includes a team of producers, a fully equipped post-production studio, and a business team geared for some very exciting creative work. You'll also mentor and manage 1–2 Associate Producers, providing guidance and structure as they grow into their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end production process for ad films—from planning and prep to shoot and final delivery
n
- Collaborate closely with directors, creative teams, clients, and production partners
n
- Manage large budgets, timelines, and expectations without compromising on quality; demonstrate strong budgeting and cost-control skills
n
- Supervise and mentor Associate Producers, ensuring smooth coordination and highquality execution
n
- Handle logistics, schedules, vendor negotiation, permits,



and crew management with a highly organized and detail-oriented approach
n
- Act as a strong client servicing partner, ensuring explicit communication, expectation management, and relationship building
n
- Efficiently multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of delivery
n
- Oversee post-production in coordination with the in-house studio, ensuring quality and timely output
n
- Problem-solve on-ground during shoots to ensure seamless execution
n
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage reconciliations and billing
n
- Act as a key liaison between creative, production, and business teams
n

Experience and Qualifications:

n

n
- 10+ years of experience in ad film production
n
- Demonstrated experience in handling large-scale productions
n
- Prior team management or mentorship experience is a plus
n
- Strong relationships with vendors, crew, and production partners
n
- Deep understanding of production workflows, logistics, and real-time problem solving
n
- Excellent communication, client servicing, budgeting, organisational skills and a multitasker
n
- Experience in brand-forward content production is a plus—but your foundation must be in ad films
