Job Overview

RIVERIA GLOBAL MARKETING 360 LLP is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of professional video editing experience

, with strong expertise in podcast editing, Reels, short-form content, and social media videos

.

We are looking for someone who can transform raw footage into engaging, polished, and platform-ready content while maintaining a consistent visual style. Portfolio/work samples will be an important part of the selection process.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit podcasts, interviews, Reels, short-form videos, and social media content from raw footage to final delivery.
- Create engaging short-form clips from long-form podcast and video content.
- Edit videos with strong attention to storytelling, pacing, transitions, subtitles, sound, and visual elements .

- Add captions, graphics, animations, B-roll, sound effects, music, and other creative elements where appropriate.
- Perform colour correction, colour grading, audio enhancement, noise reduction, and overall video finishing .

- Adapt videos into different formats, dimensions, and durations for various social media platforms.
- Create scroll-stopping and engaging content while following current social media and editing trends.

- Work closely with the Social Media, Marketing, and Creative teams to understand briefs and deliver content accordingly.
- Manage multiple editing projects, revisions, feedback, and deadlines efficiently.

- Maintain organised project files and digital assets for future use.
- Review completed content for quality, accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Contribute creative ideas for improving video content, podcast clips, campaigns, and social media creatives.





AI & Creative Tools

- Use AI-powered tools to support editing, captioning, clean-up, upscaling, image generation, content repurposing, and creative experimentation

.

- Explore new editing and AI tools that can improve production efficiency while maintaining quality and creative standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–4 years of professional experience in video editing .

- Strong experience in podcast editing and short-form/Reels content .

- Excellent understanding of video storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual presentation .

- strong knowledge in adobe softwares i.e illustrator, after effects pr pro, davinci.
- Good understanding of audio editing, sound design, colour correction, subtitles, and motion graphics.
- Ability to create content suitable for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and other digital platforms .

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with creative and marketing teams.
- Good understanding of current social media trends, creator formats, and audience behavior.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

- Experience with motion graphics and animation .

- Experience editing podcasts, interviews, talking-head videos, and educational content.
- Knowledge of YouTube editing styles, formats, and content trends.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative and video production tools.
- Ability to identify strong moments from long-form content and convert them into engaging short-form clips.
