Role Description This is a full time Video Editor role based in Pune City with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing partial work from home.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, editing video content for multiple digital platforms, and ensuring a cohesive narrative and visual style that aligns with each brand’s voice. Daily tasks include trimming clips, adding transitions, syncing audio, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics or static graphics as needed. The role involves collaborating with creative strategists, designers, and content teams to develop engaging video concepts, maintain project timelines, and optimize content for social media and other digital channels.

Editor is expected to stay current with video trends, platform formats, and best practices to help elevate the quality and performance of all video campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience in creating content for digital and social platforms.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, ensuring consistent and appealing visual tone across projects.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
- Competence in Graphics for overlay elements, thumbnails, and visual branding assets.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar).
- Good understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and content trends across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative creative processes.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
