⚡ What you'll do
→ Edit Reels, Shorts, and performance ads that people actually stop for
→ Build scroll-stopping hooks with pattern interrupts, curiosity gaps, and trending formats
→ Use AI across your workflow: Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Opus Clip & more
→ Create multiple hook variations for A/B testing and see what converts
→ Turn long-form content into high-performing short clips
→ Stay on top of trending audio, edit styles, and platform shifts every week
? What you bring
✅ 2–4 years of video editing experience (agency experience is a big plus)
✅ Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve + CapCut; After Effects is a bonus
✅ Hands-on experience with AI video and audio tools
✅ A real understanding of pacing, retention, and platform formats
✅ A portfolio that shows off your hooks
