About the RoleWe are looking for a creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can handle both professional video editing and motion graphics.

The ideal candidate should be able to turn raw footage, scripts, and creative ideas into engaging, high-quality videos for social media, advertisements, courses, webinars, and brand content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Reels, Instagram videos, YouTube videos, video ads, promotional videos, and educational content.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animated text, transitions, icons, graphics, and visual effects.
- Add captions, subtitles, sound effects, music, voiceovers, and background elements to improve video quality.
- Convert scripts and raw footage into short, engaging, and conversion-focused videos.
- Create different video formats for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Work on hooks, pacing, storytelling, and visual flow to make videos more engaging.
- Maintain brand consistency across all videos.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to understand requirements and deliver videos on time.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos/reels.
- Stay updated with current video editing, motion graphics, and social media trends.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or similar professional editing software.




- Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of transitions, typography, color, composition, sound design, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create clean and professional motion graphics.
- Understanding of social-media video formats, especially Reels and short-form content.
- Good sense of timing, pacing, music selection, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
