Role Description The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing engaging video content that showcases Lakyou Beauty’s products, brand story, and tutorials. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, cutting and assembling clips, adding transitions, effects, music, and text overlays, and ensuring videos are optimized for social media and e-commerce platforms.

The role involves collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to develop visually consistent content, refining brand visuals, and meeting deadlines for campaign launches. This is a full time,



on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close coordination with in-house teams and occasional support during shoots.

Qualifications

- Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar professional software.
- Experience with motion graphics, basic animation, and visual effects to enhance product and tutorial videos.
- Ability to optimize video content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts) and e-commerce listings.
- Understanding of beauty, makeup, or lifestyle content trends, with an eye for visual storytelling and aesthetics.
- Good collaboration and communication skills to work closely with marketing, content, and design teams on-site in Mumbai.
- Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in video production or editing for beauty, fashion, or consumer brands is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
