About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Video Editor Intern who has a strong understanding of video editing and can create engaging, high-quality content for social media and brand requirements.
This role is suitable for someone who already has hands-on experience with video editing and can independently handle different types of editing requirements.
Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos, primarily Reels and social media content
Create engaging and visually appealing video edits according to brand requirements
Add appropriate transitions, effects, text, subtitles, music, and sound effects
Understand pacing, storytelling, hooks, and audience engagement
Follow brand guidelines and editing references
Coordinate with the team and complete assigned edits within deadlines
Make revisions based on feedback
Requirements
Valuable knowledge of video editing and editing principles
Hands-on experience with video editing
Strong understanding of Reels/short-form content
Good sense of timing, pacing, transitions, typography, and visual storytelling
Ability to understand briefs and work independently
Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work consistently and meet deadlines
Internship & Full-Time Opportunity The internship will also serve as a probationary period. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, consistency, quality of work, and commitment during the internship may be considered for a full-time role with the team.
Note:Candidates should have prior practical experience in video editing. This is not a beginner-level training internship.
