Role Description The Video Editor intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune District. The intern will assist in planning and producing video content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials. Daily tasks include editing raw footage, arranging clips, adding transitions, syncing audio, and integrating basic motion graphics and text overlays.

The intern will support color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency, collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align videos with brand guidelines,



and maintain organized media libraries. The role also involves adapting content for different platforms, preparing final exports, and contributing ideas to improve video storytelling and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage end-to-end Video Production tasks, including planning, shooting support, and organizing footage.
- Strong Video Editing skills using common editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar).
- Foundational knowledge of Video Color Grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance overall look and feel.
- Experience or interest in Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, lower thirds, and simple animations.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to follow brand guidelines and feedback.
- Effective communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams in office.
- Relevant coursework or training in film, media, design, or related fields is preferred; a portfolio or sample work demonstrating video projects is highly desirable.
