Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Video Editor Intern at GrowVista. The intern will assist in editing and producing video content that showcases hospitality clients, including hotels and resorts, across digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions and basic effects, and ensuring audio and visuals are aligned with brand guidelines.

The intern will collaborate with marketing and content teams to interpret briefs, support the creation of promotional and storytelling videos, and adapt content formats for various social media channels.



The role also involves maintaining organized project files, meeting deadlines, and contributing creative ideas to enhance video campaigns.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to handle end-to-end creation and refinement of video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and maintain consistent look and feel across projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements, titles, and simple animations.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow creative direction, and openness to constructive feedback are essential.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are significant.
- Interest in hospitality, marketing, or storytelling and enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant academic program are advantageous.
