Role Description The Video Editor role at IndusTreeBiz is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajendra Place.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw video footage into polished content for marketing campaigns, thought leadership content, brand storytelling, and internal communications. Daily tasks include trimming clips, arranging timelines, adding transitions, syncing audio, applying color correction and grading, and integrating graphics and motion elements in line with brand guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with the content, marketing, and consulting teams to understand project objectives,



adapting edits for different platforms (web, social media, presentations), and maintaining an organized asset library.

The Video

Editor is expected to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and proactively contribute creative ideas to enhance visual impact and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Editing and Video Production skills for creating high-quality, narrative-driven content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood alignment, and professional finishing.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to design and integrate titles, lower thirds, infographics, and visual effects.
- Candidates should have proficiency with industry-standard editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent).
- Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and sound design basics.
- Candidates should have strong attention to detail, the ability to take feedback constructively, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess valuable time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A relevant diploma or degree in film, media, design, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
- Experience creating content for business consulting, B2B brands, or professional services firms will be an added advantage.
