Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Lucknow.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing and producing short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms, with a focus on reels and brand-focused videos. Daily tasks include assembling raw footage, trimming and sequencing clips, applying transitions and effects, and ensuring videos align with brand guidelines and content strategies. The role involves collaborating with content strategists and social media managers, selecting music and sound effects,



performing basic color correction, and preparing final exports optimized for various platforms.

The Video

Editor will also contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling, audience engagement, and overall visual quality.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent visual style and enhance overall video quality.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and basic Graphics to support branding and storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with qualified editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Solid understanding of social media trends, vertical video formats, and platform-specific best practices (especially Instagram and Facebook).
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Lucknow.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion graphics work is required.
