Role Description The Video Editor role at Nexova X is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bhagalpur, with flexibility for partial work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing and assembling video content for digital campaigns, product showcases, social media, and brand communication.

Editor will collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to create engaging visual stories, apply color grading, integrate motion graphics, and ensure videos align with brand guidelines. The role also involves organizing raw footage, optimizing videos for different platforms, and maintaining a consistent visual style across projects.

Editor is expected to manage timelines, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and adapt content based on feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills, including handling raw footage and assembling final outputs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and quality across all video content.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create dynamic visuals, titles, overlays, and animations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, and sound design, with attention to detail and brand alignment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Bhagalpur, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in editing digital content for web, social media, or marketing campaigns; a portfolio or showreel is strongly preferred.
- A diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field is a plus, but candidates with strong demonstrable skills are encouraged to apply.
