We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 1–3 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, editing, pacing, transitions, sound design, motion graphics, and social-media-first content.

You’ll be responsible for transforming raw footage and creative concepts into engaging, high-quality videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, marketing, and brand campaigns.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, ads, interviews, and other digital content.
- Work with raw footage, scripts, briefs, and creative concepts to produce polished videos.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, text animations, subtitles, music, sound effects, and basic visual effects.
- Maintain robust pacing, storytelling, and visual consistency.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams.
- Take feedback constructively and make revisions within deadlines.
- Organize and manage footage, project files, and other video assets efficiently.
- Stay updated with current video-editing trends, social-media formats, and content styles.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Working knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
- Good understanding of pacing, storytelling,



color correction, audio, and visual composition.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and turn ideas into compelling videos.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Your portfolio should ideally include examples of:

- Short-form videos / Reels
- Long-form videos
- Motion graphics or animations
- Ads/promotional content
- Any other relevant editing work

Interview Process

Our selection process will consist of 2 rounds:

Round 1 — Introductory Interview A short conversation to understand:

Round 2 — Editing Task Shortlisted candidates will be given a practical video-editing task to evaluate:

- Editing skills
- Creativity
- Storytelling and pacing
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow a brief
- Turnaround time and execution
