Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics, with the ability to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and brand promotions.
- Create engaging reels, short-form videos, long-form content, and promotional videos.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, text animations, sound effects, music, and colour correction to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with the Creative Head, Content Team, and Designers to understand project requirements and deliver creative outputs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all video content.
- Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, formats,



and social media best practices.
- Organise and maintain video assets, project files, and backups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Film Production, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of professional experience as a Video Editor.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Adobe Media Encoder .
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and colour grading.
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, aspect ratios, and export settings for various platforms.
- Solid storytelling, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience editing content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of AI-powered editing tools and current social media trends.
- Basic understanding of cinematography and video production workflows.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is an added advantage.
