Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality video and photo content at construction sites, project launches, events, and office locations

- Travel to multiple site locations for shoots (own two-wheeler required for daily commute/site visits)

- Edit raw footage into finished videos project walkthroughs, progress updates, promotional reels, social media content, and corporate videos

- Add graphics, titles, transitions, background music, voiceovers, and color correction to enhance video quality

- Operate and maintain camera, gimbal, drone (if applicable), microphones, lighting, and other video equipment

- Plan shoot schedules in coordination with site engineers, marketing, and management teams

- Create short-form content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook)

- Organize and archive raw footage, project files, and final deliverables systematically

- Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and construction industry visual storytelling

- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while filming at active construction sites (PPE compliance)

Requirements





- Proven experience as a Video Editor and/or Videographer (portfolio/reel required)

- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar

- Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and audio equipment

- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license — daily travel to construction sites is essential

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is a plus

- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines

- Willingness to work on-site in outdoor/construction environments

- Robust visual storytelling and creative sensibility

- Prior experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure sector videography preferred (not mandatory)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
