About the Role

At Chavara Ad Media , we create compelling visual stories that elevate brands. We are looking for an experienced Video Editor & Content Creator with strong skills in both video editing and still photography to join our creative team.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Video & Photo Production: Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content and still photography aligned with marketing goals, brand guidelines, and client briefs.
- Footage & Asset Organization: Review raw footage, select the best takes, organize media, and construct structured rough cuts.
- Editing & Pacing: Trim, arrange, and pace scenes to create a compelling, seamless narrative flow that keeps viewers engaged.
- Audio & Visual Effects: Synchronize dialogue, select background music, design sound effects, and integrate motion graphics, titles, and visual effects.
- Color & Quality Control: Perform color grading/correction, audio mixing, and comprehensive quality control prior to final export.
- AI Video Generation:



Utilize latest AI video creation tools to generate engaging video content with appropriate character selection and transparent voiceovers based on provided scripts.
- On-Set & Equipment Handling: Operate professional digital cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment during video/photo shoots.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Video Editor / Visual Content Creator with a strong portfolio showcasing both video editing and photography work.
- High proficiency in industry-standard editing and graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
- Familiarity with modern AI video generation tools and AI voiceover workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of camera operation, studio/location lighting, and sound recording techniques.
- Creative problem-solving ability, eye for detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in Kottayam or nearby areas are preferred.
