PropSpot is a real estate decision intelligence and content platform focused on Gurgaon’s residential market.
We create high-quality real estate content across personal brands, property walkthroughs, educational reels and performance marketing campaigns.
We’re now looking for a Video Editor + Shooter who can independently handle both shooting and editing for short-form content.
What You’ll Do
- Shoot short-form videos, property walkthroughs, reels and ad creatives
- Edit content for Instagram, Meta Ads and other digital platforms
- Work closely with the content and marketing team on concepts and references
- Handle camera framing, composition, lighting and basic audio setup
- Turn raw footage into engaging, fast-paced short-form videos
- Add subtitles, graphics, transitions, music and other elements where required
- Repurpose footage into multiple content formats
- Maintain organised footage and project files
- Manage multiple edits and deliver content within agreed timelines
- Assist during property and on-location shoots across Gurgaon
What We’re Looking For
- Strong video editing skills
- Good understanding of short-form content and Instagram Reels
- Comfortable operating cameras independently
- Robust sense of framing, lighting and visual composition
- Understanding of pacing, hooks, retention and storytelling
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar software
- Ability to understand references and execute them creatively
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving content environment
Good to Have
- Experience shooting real estate, lifestyle or creator content
- Experience working on paid ad creatives
- Basic knowledge of colour grading and sound design
- Familiarity with After Effects or motion graphics
- Understanding of social media content trends
Real estate experience is not mandatory . We care more about your visual sense, execution and understanding of content. Who This Role Is Best For
Someone who enjoys both being behind the camera and sitting at the edit desk.
You should be comfortable taking a content brief, understanding the desired output, shooting it well and turning it into a polished reel without needing constant supervision.
