About the role

We are seeking a candidate who can shoot and edit neat, clean, on-trend long-form videos (8–15 minutes) matching the style of the attached links, as well as extract 3–4 Reels from each video.

Must have

1.



2-4 years of editing YouTube/Reels
1. Portfolio with 5+ min talking-head video +

3 Reels
1. Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve, multi-camera, colour correction

2. After Effects (motion templates)

5.Photoshop or Canva for thumbnails, + Canva (or similar) for explainer/listicle templates
1. Comfortable sourcing/generating voiceover/narration audio, syncing to visuals, basic audio clean-up (tool of your choice)
2. Hands-on shooting experience

3. YouTube/Instagram platform understanding
4. Confident spoken English, on-camera comfort

5. Strong written English

6. Based in Mumbai

Good to have

- Excellent content experience, pacing/hooks/formatting sense
- AI video tools (Descript, OpusClip, Adobe Podcast, HeyGen, Runway)
- Explainer/news/education/finance content experience
- Basic motion design
