Indya sells Indian occasion wear almost entirely outside India. Our customers are Indian-origin women in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. They pay in dollars and pounds, order values are high, and the purchase is emotional and time-bound: a lehenga for a wedding six weeks away, worn in photographs that matter to her. Creative that works for Indian domestic audiences does not automatically work here.

About the Role:

Were looking for creative Video Editors who are equally comfortable working on graphics and AI-generated content. The ideal candidate has a strong visual sense, understands social media trends, and can turn product and campaign ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality, engaging videos for Instagram Reels, social media, digital campaigns, and product marketing.
- Create social-first video content that is visually engaging and aligned with current trends.
- Develop AI-powered reels and video content for products, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Generate and creatively use AI images and visuals across different styles and aesthetics.
- Design supporting graphics, thumbnails, layouts, and other visual assets.
- Experiment with different AI tools, visual styles, transitions, effects, and storytelling formats.
- Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to develop concepts and execute campaigns.
- Adapt content into different formats and aspect ratios for various social platforms.




- Stay updated on emerging AI tools, content formats, editing techniques, and social media trends.

What We're Looking For

- Strong experience in video editing + graphic design.
- Good understanding of social media content and what makes content engaging/shareable.
- Hands-on experience creating AI-generated video and image content.
- Ability to work across different visual styles, moods, and creative directions.
- Robust eye for composition, typography, colour, pacing, transitions, and storytelling.
- Ability to take a concept from idea visual execution final social-ready content.
- Creative, experimental, and willing to explore recent AI tools and workflows.

Tools & Skills:

Video:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects is a plus
- CapCut / Edits or similar editing tools
- Strong understanding of short-form/reel editing

Graphics:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Illustrator is a plus
- Strong understanding of layouts, typography, colour, and visual design

AI Content:

- Experience with AI image generation tools
- Experience with AI video/reel generation tools
- Ability to create and maintain different visual styles using AI
- Comfortable experimenting with new AI creative tools and workflows
