We have more footage than we have people who can turn it into something worth watching. You will fix that.
You will own video at 8x end to end: from product launches to the weekly content that shows the world what we are building.
What you will do
- Create product launch videos. Every recent product and feature we ship needs a video that makes people care.
- Turn raw footage into YouTube videos, short clips and LinkedIn posts. One recording should become many pieces of content, each cut for the platform it lives on.
- Decide what to keep and what to cut. Most of the job is choosing the moments that matter.
- Own the craft: pacing, sound, music, titles and subtitles.
- Move fast. We ship quickly, and the videos need to keep up.
Who you are
- You have taste. You know the difference between a video people watch and one they skip, and you can explain why.
- You work quick and are AI enabled. You use AI tools to edit, caption, clip and repurpose faster than a traditional workflow allows.
- You have a portfolio of edits you can show us and talk through.
- You are comfortable working on your own and making calls without waiting for a detailed brief.
