The Video Developer will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality video content for the digital and outreach needs of the Scholarship Program. The role requires proficiency in video editing and motion graphics, with the ability to independently manage different stages of video production, from understanding requirements to conceptualization and final output. The role requires travel for at least 1-2 intermittent weeks to locations where the Foundation manages its scholarship programs to understand ground realities and organise shoots.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Create and edit high-quality videos for digital platforms, campaigns, outreach, and communication needs
- Develop motion graphics, animated elements, transitions, and visual storytelling assets
- Handle end-to-end video production workflows, including editing, sound, graphics, and final rendering
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand content requirements and translate them into engaging visual formats
- Support scripting, storyboard development, and visual conceptualization for video content
- Assist in shoots, voiceover recording, and production coordination, where required
- Ensure timely delivery of videos while maintaining quality and brand consistency
- Organize and manage video assets, project files, and production archives

Qualification and Experience:





- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills & Tools:

- Proficiency in one or more of the following tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation, transitions, and visual composition
- Experience in editing short-form and long-form digital video content
- Familiarity with audio editing, syncing, and basic sound design
- Understanding of video formats, export settings, and platform-specific optimisation
- Experience with shoots, voiceover recording, and scripting is preferred
